More News Of Skypecasts
Unfortunately we have no news as yet about a possible return of Skypecasts, it seems that the powers that be at Skype have chosen to ignore the thousands of people around the world that used Skypecasts to meet new people and make friends in that medium.
We all know there were problems with the program but instead of working on a solution they chose the easy option and closed it down, as this report can be found on Google I would hope that someone of stature in the Skype Organisation will read this and realize the short-sighted decision of theirs to close down this program.
I am sure that a company like Microsoft would see the opportunity in filling the void left by Skype and could step in and introduce a VOIP program that is as good or even better, I am sure that all those who used Skypecasts would be prepared to pay a reasonable yearly fee to use such a program as long as it worked well and was monitored. This could be a great opportunity for any Company that saw the potential in introducing a new VOIP service on a scale to compete against Skype and make a very profitable business by running it for their customers, but they must listen to their customers instead of ignoring them as Skype have done.

I will leave the pictures of Kimy below for the time being as I think it is very uplifting for people who visit this site to see her wonderful smiling face looking out at them.It seems such a long time since she was here but it was only November, time realy does pass by so quickly,We will also be looking forward to planning this years Coffee Holiday, any ideas will be welcome, also those of you who may be interested in coming over to the UK to take part.We will keep you posted….

Message Update
I must say that if some of you have not seen me about it doesn't mean I have forgotten you, I have spoken to some of our family and they know I think of you all even though Skype is not running the casts, but we believe they will start again in the new year. And when they do I promise you that Coffeenconversation will be back on Skypecasts.
To all family and friends I would like to say that some idiot has been trying to insert code into the application form on the site so we have had to disable it for the time being, if anyone wishes to join our family then please send an application to either me or David via our Coffeenconversation email address and then we will be able to put you in the site. To those who have contacted me about joining our family please try again and send a picture and some comments and we can welcome you to our family of friends in C&C. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I would also welcome ideas that any of you may have on making the website even more of an interesting place for old and new friends and family to visit, We have had some very nice comments in the guest book from friends and family members alike, so keep 'em coming, it is so nice to read them. I have read the latest comments in the guest book and I would like to thank those of you who have said such nice things about us, keep it up guys, It shows us that you do take time to come in and have a look at the site.

Hanne (Mrs Kennedy) has made a Facebook group as well for those who would like to join in with the continuing community of coffeenconversation, those of you who get the invitation to join please feel free to come and join us, this way we will have more of an opportunity to keep in touch, plus it will be interesting to the many of you who are family because more pictures and news will be put in there as well, you will also find a link which will take you to the main Coffeenconversation site. So get involved and enjoy.Of those that go into Facebook you may have seen Feathers Birmingham`s page, he has got quite a following now and as Hanne started it off as a bit of fun it has taken off more than even she expected, some feedback has been to the effect that it is not funny, well we think it is and so do many more people, some people may not appreciate our humour but all I can say to them is take it as it`s meant to be and enjoy it as a bit of light hearted fun. For those who cannot see this I will not apologise.
We are still working on the website and updating on a regular basis, so there will be pictures of this years holiday going in for you all to see and hopefully some of you may be able to join us for next year, that would be great and a wonderful opportunity to meet those friends you have made when Skype was running, I would highly recommend it as the experience is something you will never forget and those friendships remain with you all of you life, I know it is difficult for some but if we can attract enough of you to come over to the UK for next year we will be able to rent the property in Gwbert in Wales again, or we can find somewhere that is just as lovely,so we will be thinking along those lines as well, I will be updating this news bulletin on a regular basis so you can receive all the latest news as it becomes available.
I would like to take this opportunity to say a big hello to all of the friends we have made over the last 2 years who have been such a great support to us since we started Coffeenconversation, your kind words and comments have made it all worthwhile for us and we have enjoyed all of the casts we have run. I would like to mention a few who have become very good friends of ours, a very warm thank you to Kimy,Malena,Jobelle, Allyson, Woofie, Annie, Daniel, Dianne, Gizzie, Lindsey,Camille, Hippie, Mick, Mike, Gail, Heidi, Pieter, Queen Of Norway, Cheryl, Julie, and so many many more, you have been a delight to talk to and you have been so generous in your support in the good times and the bad.
Coffeenconversation may be down as far as Skypecasts go but we are most definitely not out, we will be back on air as soon as possible and look forward to talking to you all again, there will be Conference Calls and hopefully we will see you in one of them, until the next bulletin take care and bless you all.
